Northside Adjusters, LLC (“Northside,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed Florida public adjusting firm located at 4706 Chiquita Blvd S #200, Cape Coral, FL 33914. Note that this Policy is only valid on our Platform, not any third party networks, even if they are referenced on our Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself and comply with any relevant third party networks.
If you visit our Platform, that signifies your legal acceptance of the Policy. You must exit the Platform if you do not agree with any provision(s) of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time at our sole discretion. The effective date of the last update is at the top of this page, so visit it occasionally to see if there are any changes.

- Phone Number.
If you submit your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls and/or SMS messages from Northside Adjusters, LLC about your inquiry and claim. Message and data rates may apply. See Section 5 (Text Messages) for details and how to opt out.

g. Appointments: if you book an inspection or appointment, the date, time and details you give us.
h. Information From Other Sources: if you fill out a lead form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta Lead Ads) or another advertising platform, we receive the information you entered there. Our call tracking tools also tell us your caller ID and which ad or page led to your call.
3. Use of Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
a. To provide the services and/or information that you have asked for.
b. To send our newsletter but you can unsubscribe.
c. To respond to a court order, regulatory request or legal process.
d. To enforce our rights, carry out our obligations, prevent fraud, facilitate disputes between users.
e. To accomplish any other purpose for which the information was provided.
f. To contact you about your inquiry, inspection and claim by phone, text message and email, and to send appointment reminders.
g. To prepare, send and collect signatures on documents, such as our public adjuster contract.
h. To answer your calls and website chats (including with our automated assistant), keep a record of what was said, and check and improve the quality of our service.
i. To manage our leads, clients and claim files in our customer relationship management (CRM) and claim management systems.
j. To measure how our website and advertising perform and to show our ads to people who may need our help.
4. Phone Calls, Website Chat and Recording
We record, transcribe and store phone calls, voice conversations and website chats with us. This helps us understand your claim, follow up with you, keep accurate records and train our team.
Automated assistant. Some calls and chats are answered by an automated assistant: a computer program provided by ElevenLabs that uses artificial intelligence to understand and reply to what you say or type. It answers common questions, collects your contact and claim details and passes them to our team. A licensed Northside public adjuster reviews your information and follows up with you. If you would rather not use the automated assistant, email us at info@northsideadjusters.com and a member of our team will contact you.
What we keep. The audio of voice conversations, the text of chats, transcripts and summaries, the phone number or device you used, the date, time and length of the conversation, and anything you tell us (for example, your name, address, insurance company and details about the damage).
Who handles it. Recordings and transcripts are processed and stored for us by our service providers, including ElevenLabs (automated assistant), Twilio and CallTrackingMetrics (phone service and call tracking), and the systems we use to manage leads and claims (such as Zapier, Zoho CRM, ClaimWizard, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace). They handle this information on our behalf to provide their services to us.
Your consent to recording (Florida law). Florida law (section 934.03, Florida Statutes) requires the consent of everyone in a conversation before it is recorded. We tell you before we record: recorded phone calls start with a notice that the call may be recorded, and our website chat shows that chats may be recorded and asks you to agree before a chat or voice conversation starts. By continuing the call or chat after that notice, you consent to the recording, transcription, storage and sharing described in this Policy. If you do not want to be recorded, please end the call or chat and contact us by email at info@northsideadjusters.com instead.
We keep recordings and transcripts as described in Section 7.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
Northside Adjusters, LLC sends text messages to people who ask us for help. Our messages are informational: replies to your request, inspection and appointment scheduling and reminders, requests for documents or signatures, and updates about your claim.
- How you opt in: you agree to receive text messages when you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our website forms, submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, text us first, or ask us to text you during a call or chat.
- Not required: your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring us or buying any service.
- Frequency: message frequency varies depending on your request and claim.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message to confirm you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive more texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by calling or emailing us.
- For help: reply HELP, call 888.888.8591 or email info@northsideadjusters.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is not shared. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us send and manage our text messages (for example, Twilio), and they may not use it for any other purpose. The sharing described in Section 6 does not include text messaging opt-in data and consent.
6. When and with whom do we share your information with?
We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties.
Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with are as follows:
- Ad Networks
- Communication & Collaboration Tools
- Data Analytics Services
- Data Storage Service Providers
- Performance Monitoring Tools
- Product Engineering & Design Tools
- Retargeting Platforms
- Sales & Marketing Tools
- Social Networks
- Testing Tools
- Website Hosting Service Providers
Our main service providers are:
- ElevenLabs: automated voice and chat assistant; processes and stores call and chat recordings and transcripts.
- Twilio: text messages and phone calls.

- Zapier: moves information from our forms, ads and chats into our other systems.

People involved in your claim. To handle your claim, we share claim information with your insurance company and its adjusters and, when needed, with your mortgage company, contractors, engineers, appraisers and umpires, attorneys, and government agencies such as the Florida Department of Financial Services.
We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
a. Business Transfer: In case there is a sale, merger or other transfer in the ownership of our Platform, the successor will receive personal information about our Platform users along with the assets transferred.
b. Affiliates & Business Partners: We may share your information with our contractors, business partners, third party service providers and other entities, individuals or affiliates who provide support for our Platform. For example, integration, API partners, vendors and agents.
c. If we decide that disclosure is appropriate to protect the property, safety, rights of the Platform, its users or the public.
d. Aggregated, anonymized information that does not identify any particular user can be disclosed without restriction
We do not sell your personal information. None of the sharing described in this section includes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which we do not share with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes (see Section 5).
7. How long do we retain your information?
Your personal data will be retained just for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy, except when a longer retention span is necessitated or allowed by law (like for tax, accounting, or other legal necessities).
Should there cease to be a valid business rationale to handle your personal data, we will proceed to either erase or anonymize it. If neither action is feasible (for instance, if your data is contained within backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and prevent any further processing until we can feasibly delete it.
In practice: claim files, including related calls, chats, messages and documents, are kept while your claim is open and for at least five years after it closes, because Florida law requires public adjusters to keep certain claim records for five years. Information about inquiries that do not become a claim (for example, a form, chat or call that does not lead to a contract) is kept only as long as it is useful to follow up with you and for our business records, and is then deleted or anonymized. Our service providers keep data according to the settings we choose and their own retention policies.
8. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small bits of text data placed on your device when you visit sites. Cookies record data about your activity, such as which pages you view and what you click on. Cookies assist our Platform to recognize your device when you return. For example, cookies can help us to remember your preferences, username, analyze the performance of our Platform and recommend content that may be most relevant to your interests.
Here are the reasons we may use cookies:
a. Analytics. This type of cookies shows us which pages users view, which links are popular, etc. These cookies only provide anonymized information that does not identify anybody personally. This information is then bundled with the similar information from the other users, so that we can analyze the general usage patterns.
b. Essential cookies. These are necessary to provide the services that you have asked for. Without these essential cookies, our Platform would not be able to operate. They are necessary to enable users to navigate through the Platform and use its main features. E.g., essential cookies identify registered users so that they can access member-only areas of the site. Essential cookies keep users logged in. If a subscriber disables essential cookies, that subscriber won’t be able to get to all of the content that a subscription entitles them to.
These cookies don’t collect information that could be utilized for the purposes of marketing or figuring out what places on the internet you have visited.
c. To show relevant advertising. If we allow ads on our Platform, they can contain cookies in order to provide ads most relevant to your interests. They can also help limit the number of times you see a particular ad and to assess the effectiveness of the advertising campaign.
d. To improve your browsing experience. This type of cookies enables the site to remember users’ preferences and settings, such as geographic region or language. They can also be used to restrict the number of times an ad is shown, to remember which forms you have already filled in, so that you don’t have to do it again.
e. To implement tracking technology on our Platform. This tracking does not use your personal information; it uses deidentified data (i.e., data that cannot be tied specifically to you). We will not combine this data with your other personal information without your prior express permission.
The tools we use. Our website and landing pages use cookies, pixels and similar tools from Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager), Meta (Meta Pixel), Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising, Microsoft Clarity), CallTrackingMetrics, ClickCease, Cloudflare and our chat providers. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit, the ad you clicked, and actions such as submitting a form, starting a chat or calling us. Our advertising partners may use this information to show you our ads on other websites and apps and to measure whether an ad led to a call or a form.
Microsoft Clarity. We work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to see how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, to improve and market our services. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Call tracking. Our landing pages may show a phone number that is unique to your visit, so we can tell which ad or page led to your call.
There is a way to turn off cookies by going to your browser’s Help or Settings menu. However, keep in mind that disabling cookies may limit your use of the Platform and/or delay or affect the way in which it operates.
More choices. You can also limit personalized ads from Google at myadcenter.google.com, from Meta at www.facebook.com/adpreferences and from Microsoft at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
9. Data Security
Only our administrators are allowed to access our Platform’s password-protected server where your personal information is stored. We utilize SSL. However, any transmission of information over the Internet has its inherent risks, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. Transmit personal information over the Internet at your own risk. We shall not be liable for circumvention of security measures or privacy settings on the Platform. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, if any, confidential.
We give access to personal information only to team members and service providers who need it to do their work, and we choose service providers that protect the information they handle for us. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law (section 501.171, Florida Statutes).
10. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. Our Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided any personal info, it will be erased from our database as soon as reasonably possible, except when we need to keep that information for legal purposes or to notify a parent or guardian. However, portions of this data may remain in back-up archives or web logs even after we erase it from our databases. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent us personal information, send us an e-mail.
Our services, including our text messages, are intended for adults.
11. Users’ Rights, CCPA
a. We will not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes to the extent it is forbidden by law. If our practices change, we will do so in accordance with applicable laws and will notify you in advance. California law requires that operators of online services disclose how they respond to a Do Not Track signal. Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the online service that a user visits, indicating that the user does not wish to be tracked. At this time we do not respond to Do Not Track signal.
b. You can request disclosure of your information collected by us by writing to the email at the end of this Policy. We will then provide the requested information, its sources and purposes of use, in a portable and easily accessible format within 45 days of the request.
c. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information from our systems by submitting a request to the email at the end of this Policy.
d. You have the right to nondiscrimination for exercising your rights. That means you cannot be denied goods or services, charged different prices, or provided different quality of goods/services for asserting your legal rights.
e. Wherever you live, including Florida, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information using the contact details in Section 18. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information that the law requires us to keep, such as claim records.
f. Your choices about our messages: reply STOP to stop text messages, use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us to stop emails, and tell us if you do not want us to call you. If you opt out of marketing messages, we may still contact you about an active claim.
12. International Transfer
We process your personal information in the United States. This is where it will be transferred to in case you are located somewhere else. By submitting any personal information to us, you agree to its transfer to and processing in the United States.
13. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can view and edit some of your account information yourself after logging in. If you terminate account, we may retain some information for as long as necessary to evaluate Platform usage, troubleshoot issues, resolve disputes and collect any fees owed. If you have any questions or wish to ask to access, modify or delete any of your personal data on our Platform, please contact us. Note that we can deny your request if we think it would violate any law or cause the information to be incorrect.
You may contact us directly at: info@northsideadjusters.com.
14. Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTHSIDE ADJUSTERS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. NORTHSIDE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORTHSIDE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM
(A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES;
(B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; OR
(C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
15. Arbitration / Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION, ENFORCEMENT, INTERPRETATION OR VALIDITY THEREOF, OR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, “DISPUTES”) WILL BE SETTLED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT, EXCEPT THAT YOU MAY ASSERT CLAIMS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF YOUR CLAIMS QUALIFY.
THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT AND FEDERAL ARBITRATION LAW APPLY TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU AND NORTHSIDE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
16. Breach of Terms
We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress if you breach any of the terms of this Privacy Policy. Northside Adjusters, LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform and delete your account or any content posted by or about you if we determine that you have violated this Privacy Policy, the law, or any third party rights.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. If we make important changes, for example to how we share your information or use your mobile number, we will post the new Policy on this page and, where the law requires, ask for your consent again.
