I don't know where to begin. My husband and I were in desperate need of finding a reliable adjuster company to help us so we can get our roof and misc. damages resolved from the previous hurricane. I prayed about it and I can honestly say that Northside adjusters found us. I open my mailbox one day and there was his brochure advertising his services. It was like a sign from god. We were a little skeptical about calling since a lot of companies tends to make empty promises about what they can do but never deliver. However, that quickly change because once we decided to call,and Harrison from Northside adjuster came to our home for the first time,he explain the process in detail so we we'd know what to expect. Excellent service! The condos I manage who sustained hurricane damages from Irma were delighted to see that Northside Adjusters was able to achieve great settlements with their insurance carrier in their behalf. We were all skeptical to use this fairly new company, but don't under estimate them! Very professional and they actually DO pick up your calls and/or replies to your emails. They ACTUALLY do follow up! This is hard to find a company that gets back to you especially in Miami and in the insurance adjustment industry in general I'll say!!! Thank you again Northside!
